Progressive Students Collective is among six student organizations who have formed the Hyderabad Students Alliance to address the issue of harassment faced by women on campuses as well as the raise in tuition fees.

Progressive Students Collective has given the call for protest against the brutal murder of student and activist, Sunaid Dawar. The demonstration will take place on Liberty Roundabout at around 5pm on June 20.

Sunaid Dawar, a seventh semester student from Univeristy of Lahore and a vocal student rights activist, has been martyred along with three other Pashtoon students in Haiderkhel, North Waziristan.
